Meet Bob
As the exclusive, HOA-endorsed broker at Tiger Run Resort, Bob has been the onsite expert for 17+ years, facilitating 450+ successful sales. His deep knowledge of the community ensures buyers and sellers receive expert guidance and seamless transactions.
Outside of real estate, Bob enjoys tennis, boating, backcountry snowmobiling, skiing, and Caribbean travel, sharing his love of adventure with his partner, Julie Jones.
Meet Rachael
We are thrilled to welcome Rachael, the newest member of the Bob Evans Team!
Since joining Bob in 2023, Rachael has been combining her passion for real
estate with her deep connection to the industry. Coming from a family with a
strong background in real estate across Santa Barbara and Malibu, California,
Rachael is proud to follow in their footsteps.
Before embarking on her own real estate journey, Rachael built an impressive
and diverse career. She dedicated several years to fundraising for the
Alzheimer’s Association and later served as the Financial Director for a
Congressional campaign.
Rachael made Colorado her home in 2018 and settled in beautiful Summit
County in 2019. Outside of work, you can find her snowboarding or playing
volleyball in her spare time.
Rachael is excited to grow her real estate career and looks forward to
learning more about this exceptional community while helping clients achieve
their dreams.
