Chalets (Park Homes):
- The HELOAN is 5/1 ARM with a maximum amortization of 25 years and a maximum financing of 70% of the purchase price. This is for chalets, not land only. This is a full underwriting full documentation loan request.

- For all the following options there is an applicable 1% Origination Fee Alpine Bank’s Home Equity Loan (HELOAN) is priced using JP Morgan Prime (currently 8.5%) plus .75% = 9.2%.
- Escrow is mandatory for all HELOAN’s.
- .25% interest rate discount for credit scores over 800
- .25 Interest rate discount for additional 10% down payments
- Additional interest rate discounts are possible with a new Alpine Bank account with direct payment drafts, etc.
Lot Loans (land only without a chalet):
- A 1% Origination Fee is applicable to all the following options as well. Please see below for land loans, this information is subject to underwriting and subject to change. Depending on the loan amount this could be processed as an abbreviated stated income approach, underwriting reserves the right to request additional information and documentation if need be.
- 5-year fixed rate loan over a 10- 15-year amortization and a 5-year balloon.

Signed, current, completed personal financial statement.
Last two years of personal tax returns with applicable statements i.e. K-1s, W2s, etc.
