  • 75% Loan to Value – 25% Minimum down payment required
  • 25-year amortization
  • 5/1 ARM (Adjustable Rate Mortgage), 25 year AM, Fixed for the initial 5 years then the rate can adjust annually.
  • Interest Rates starting at 4.25%. Rates and down payment varies depending on the loan amount, down payment, credit score, income, etc. Subject to underwriting approval and financials. 
  • 1% origination fee and $250 doc prep fee
  • No Balloon note – No Prepayment Penalty
  • Minimum FICO Score of 640 Required

* Chalets at Tiger Run do not qualify for conventional 30-year financing as the Chalets are considered mobile homes by an appraiser and do not have a permanent foundation.

  •  Last two years of personal tax returns with applicable statements i.e. K-1s, W2s, etc.

  •  Current pay stub or proof of distribution
  •  Current asset statements i.e. bank, IRA, 401k, stock, etc.
  •  Buy/Sell Contract
