Long-Term Winter Rental Details
Tiger Run Resort offers premium long-term winter RV site rentals, featuring full hookups with winter ready water lines to prevent freezing. While cabins are not available for long-term stays, our RV sites provide a reliable and scenic home base with stunning mountain views and easy access to skiing and Summit County’s free shuttle system.
Monthly Rental Program Highlights
- RV Requirements: RVs must be over 20 feet and less than 20 years old. Site-specific regulations apply.
- Pet-Friendly: Up to two dogs or three total pets are allowed with a $200 pet fee.
- Security Deposit: $1,000 deposit required at booking ($500 for returning guests).
- Utilities Included: Water, sewer, and high-speed Wi-Fi are covered. Tenants are responsible for electric and propane.
Resort Policies & Rental Terms
- Lease Terms: Leases are binding, and deposits are non-refundable in case of early departure or cancellation.
- Occupancy & Parking: Maximum of six adults per site, with up to two vehicles depending on site size.
- Site Maintenance: Tenants must keep sites clean and damage-free.
- Subletting: Not permitted. All occupants must be listed on the lease.
- Payments: Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with late fees after the 6th. Payments accepted via e-check, debit, or credit (cash not accepted).
